    Meditation can be an effective form of stress reduction, help improve concentration, promote a deeper understanding of our inner self and improve our health. Meditation enables us to focus on the present moment rather than dwell on the unchangeable past or undetermined future. Join us for this meditation taster sessions, experience different meditations and find some tranquillity during your lunch break. No experience necessary, all welcome. Advance booking required.
