Join Dawn of Mindfully U to hear these answers… PLUS experience a free short mindfulness taster & stick around for a cuppa! Mindfully U runs the Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course - the only NHS N.I.C.E recommended mindfulness course. Advance booking required.
